What is collected
Contract terms and amounts, phase state, the field evidence your team captures (photographs, notes, coordinates and timestamps), the identities of the people who approve, and the payment confirmations returned by your bank connection.
Why location is collected
A timestamp and a coordinate are what make field evidence mean something: they establish that whoever documented the work was at the site. Where a device returns no position, the record says why it was unavailable. It is never stored as a zero coordinate, which is a real place in the Atlantic.
The bank connection
Bank verification is read-only and opt-in. It confirms that a payment landed. It does not move money, and credentials are held by the banking provider, never by us.
Who can see what
Access is scoped by company and by role. An inspector sees the visit they were assigned and nothing else. Your client sees the phases of their own contract through a link, without an account.
What is never done
Your contract data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train a model that serves anybody else. Aggregate industry figures shown on this site come from published third-party research, not from customer data.
Retention and export
Contract and evidence records are kept for as long as the contract is active plus the retention period your jurisdiction requires for construction records. You can export everything at any time, and request deletion of what the law does not require us to keep.
