On site, from the phone

The photo isn't the evidence.
The record is.

The visit checklist stays locked until the inspector starts it on site. That isn't product friction: a timestamp and a coordinate mean nothing if whoever signs them wasn't there. And once completed, the visit turns read-only for audit.

The limits, in writing

Verified, never certified

Certifying code compliance is the work of an accredited special inspector, and several jurisdictions bar the contractor from hiring whoever certifies them. What this product does is a different thing, and it gets said with the right word.

The inspector documents

Captures field evidence under their own role and permission gate. Does not approve the phase.

A named human signs

The approval carries a name, a time and a reason. It's the one that moves money.

The agent never certifies

It assembles the record and proposes with a citation to the document. The signature isn't its own.

We don't invent progress

No automatic site measurement. What wasn't documented doesn't close a phase.
